How Much?

Most categories are $125. All numbers followed by a “c” are considered campaigns and are $195. Achievement categories are $250. An entry can be entered in more than one category, but there is an additional fee for each category.

How Do I Enter?

3. Enter all your submissions: title, category, client if applicable, & URL if applicable.
4. Click next, select your payment method (check or credit card). To pay later or by check select check. To pay now select credit card.
5. Upload your supporting materials
6. Click Finish

Which Category?

Choose the category that best fits what you want judged. You will be presented with levels of categories. You choose a parent category such as Video for the Web, then you will choose a secondary category such as Company Overview. Judges reserve the right to move an entry to another category.

What Do I Include With My Entries?

In most cases the work speaks for itself and the final product is all you need. Explanations, although not encouraged, can be uploaded and will be read by judges.

When Do I Upload My Entries?

During the entry process you will be given the opportunity to include a URL if the entry is online. Otherwise, you will be prompted to upload or mail in your entry after check out. Most formats are accepted. In the rare event the file can’t be opened, you will be contacted.

How Can I Get A Receipt?

Receipts and Paperwork will be automatically emailed after checkout.

How Can I Change My Information or Add More Entries?

Through your My Account on our website, you can pay later, upload, add to or manage your account.

Will You Display Or Share My Work?

We recognize the need for confidentiality, permission etc. and will not display or comment on any entries without prior permission from the entrant. However, unless otherwise requested in writing by entrant, client company will be included in winner’s list.

Viddy Awards recognizes many of the entries are internal, proprietary in nature, or are done for the government or another company, so unless you grant permission for your entries to be displayed in our winner’s gallery, only the judges will see your work.

Entries will not be returned unless special arrangements are made. Immediately after judging, each hard copy entry is destroyed. Each electronic entry not granted permission to be displayed is deleted. No entrant information is sold, traded, made available to a third party, or used for any other purpose.

How And When Do We Get Results?

All winners will be announced and results will be posted to your My Account no later than six weeks after the deadline. Since entries are judged against a standard of excellence and not each other, most results will be posted prior to the final date. An email will automatically be sent when results are posted to your My Account.
